It takes between 10 minutes to 1 working day to process your voucher redemption request. The vouchers will be sent to your registered email address and displayed in your VIP Concierge App (under “My Wallet”). Voucher is valid for use at any Pet Lovers Centre and The Pet Safari retail stores in Malaysia.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder instead.
If you have yet to receive the redemption vouchers after 1 working day (exclude Sat/Sun, public holiday), you may contact us for further assistance.
