To safeguard against these scams, please do not click on any suspicious links, as they might contain viruses or malware. For accurate information on our promotions and campaigns, always refer to our official page or channels.
How to Protect Yourself:
- Be Vigilant for Impersonation: Look out for cases where scammers pretend to work for Pet Lovers Centre.
- Avoid Unrealistic Deals: Beware of deals that appear too good to be true.
- Don’t Engage with Suspicious Messages: Do not click on any links or download content from emails or text messages from unknown sources. Delete those messages immediately.

We've received reports from Umobile users in Malaysia about issues receiving OTP (One-Time Password) codes. We are aware of the situation and have informed the telecommunications provider.

If you're activating a Physical VIP Card and didn't receive the OTP code twice, the system will ask for your email address as an alternative.
