How to redeem my Loyalty Points?
- You can redeem your Loyalty Points via our 24-hour Online Redemption link on our website.
- Please have your VIP membership card available as the 10 digit Registration code is required to process the redemption.
- For loyalty points redemption, please note that it currently only supports +60 (Malaysia) mobile numbers for SMS OTP login; access will be limited for profiles registered with other international mobile numbers.
