*One (1) Loyalty Point will be deducted for each SMS sent from Pet Lovers Centre.
*You will not be able to check your loyalty points if your VIP card has expired.
For loyalty points redemption, please note that it currently only supports +60 (Malaysia) mobile numbers for SMS OTP login; access will be limited for profiles registered with other international mobile numbers.
