Loyalty points will last for as long as the membership remains valid. An SMS reminder will be sent at the 11th month of the membership period.
Any unused or balance Loyalty Points will be forfeited if the VIP membership has expired for more than three (3) months. Please refer to VIP membership Terms & Conditions.
Notice: From 1 June 2026, our 3-Year VIP Membership at RM25 will be available as an additional option to our existing membership programme. Sign-up and renewal are available at retail stores, with up to 3× benefits. Please approach our store staff for more details!
In-Store Application
- Membership will costs RM11 for 1 year or RM25 for 3 years and includes a physical card. .
- To activate your physical membership, please visit this page and follow the instructions.
Online Application
- Membership will costs RM10 for 1 year VIP; no physical card is issued for online applications.
- Please visit this page here to sign up or renew your membership online.
- For memberships expired within the 3-month grace period, please select “Renew”.
- For memberships expired for more than 3 months, please select “Sign Up” to register as a new member.
Important Notes
- For online sign-up and renewal, please note that the system only accepts Malaysia-registered mobile numbers.
- Please note that for activation of Physical VIP Membership Card (sold at retail stores), our system will accept handphone numbers beginning with +60 (Malaysia) or +65 (Singapore).
- If you’re an international visitor (non +60 or +65 mobile user) and need help activating your Physical VIP Membership Card, please contact our Customer Service Team.
- For the VIP Concierge App, please be advised that it currently only supports +60 (Malaysia) mobile numbers for SMS OTP login; access will be limited for profiles registered with other international mobile numbers.
