For In-store purchases, the Loyalty Points earned will automatically be credited to the valid VIP Card within 1 working day.
For loyalty points redemption, please note that it currently only supports +60 (Malaysia) mobile numbers for SMS OTP login; access will be limited for profiles registered with other international mobile numbers.
For Online purchases, the Loyalty Points will be credited to the valid VIP Card within one (1) working day after the item has been successfully delivered.
