- The vouchers will be sent to your registered email address and displayed in your VIP Concierge App (under “My Wallet”).
- Voucher is valid for use at any Pet Lovers Centre retail stores in Malaysia.
- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder instead.
If you have yet to receive the redemption vouchers after 1 working day (exclude Sat/Sun, public holiday), you may contact us for further assistance.
