I did not receive OTP. What should I do?

A common cause for not receiving the OTP is some form of SMS blocker on your device/handset. 

  • For registering of VIP Membership Card, our online system will only accept local phone number (+60). 
  • If you still don't receive the OTP, you may contact us for further assistance.
  • Please note that VIP Membership privileges may be limited if you are using a phone number starting with (+65) or an international number.

If you are using eSIM, please take note of the following:

  • Most roaming eSIM providers primarily only support data services. This means your eSIM is great for web browsing and using apps like WhatsApp or Telegram. However, it typically does not include voice or SMS services. This limitation may be due to the service restrictions imposed by the telco providers that supply the eSIM.

  • If you need to receive SMS messages or make voice calls, we recommend checking with your eSIM provider for any available options or considering an alternative solution that offers comprehensive services, including SMS and voice.
