I did not receive OTP. What should I do?

Common Reasons for Not Receiving OTP
  • SMS Blocker: Your device may have an SMS blocker preventing OTP delivery.
  • Local Phone Number Requirement: Our system only accepts local phone numbers (+60) for VIP Membership registration. Using an international number (+65 or others) may limit membership privileges.

eSIM Users:

  • Most roaming eSIM providers only support data services (e.g., browsing, WhatsApp, Telegram) and do not include voice or SMS services. This may cause OTP delivery issues due to telco restrictions.

Steps to Resolve OTP Issues:

  • CelcomDigi Users: Follow Step 2 in the Celcom OTP Issue Guide to unblock OTP/TAC shortcodes.
  • Other Telcos: Contact your provider for similar guidance.
  • iPhone & Oppo Users: Check your "Junk Folder" or “Block & Filter” for SMS (See screenshot below)
