- To receive the voucher, members must download the VIP Concierge App and setup their personal digital VIP membership account. You can find this under “Discounts & Offers” within “My Wallet” in the App.

- The voucher is valid for use at The Pet Lovers Centre and The Pet Safari during the member's birthday month.
- This voucher is valid for one time use at all Pet Lovers Centre & The Pet Safari outlets.
- This voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- No loyalty points will be issued on the usage of the vouchers.

What gifts will I receive? Can I exchange if I don't like?

I have just signed up for VIP Membership. Will I receive the voucher?
- The voucher is generated on the first day of each month. If your birthday is in the same month as your sign-up, you will not receive the voucher for that year. However, you will receive it in the next calendar year after a valid membership renewal.
Why I did not receive the voucher during my birthday month?
The voucher is issued only to VIP Members who have successfully registered their date of birth in their membership profile, and their birthday is at least one (1) month ahead.
I have entered the wrong date of birth. How can I update my details?
- Please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance. Proof of identification verifying your date of birth will be required for verification purposes. VIP Members may redact any personal PDPA information that is not related to the date of birth.
