- To receive the voucher, members must download the VIP Concierge App and setup their personal digital VIP membership account. You can find this under “Discounts & Offers” within “My Wallet” in the App.
- This voucher is valid for use at SnJ Pet Salon within 6 months from date of issuance.
- A minimum spend of RM80 is required in a single receipt.
- This voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
- No loyalty points will be issued on the usage of the vouchers.
- SnJ Pet Salon reserves the right to refuse service if they are unable to groom the pet due to health/old age/aggression.
