At Pet Lovers Centre (PLC), we want you and your pet to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product includes a printed "Quality Guarantee" or a similar statement on its packaging, PLC will consider an exchange or replacement under the following conditions :
- For items purchased, it must be reported within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, and at least 50% of the product must remain unconsumed at the time of the claim.
- The food appears misshapen or has unexpected color variations.

If your request meets these criteria, we will review it on a case-by-case basis. Please note that requests based on personal preference or a pet’s refusal to eat (without a clear product quality concern) may not qualify under this guarantee, and final decisions will be made at PLC’s discretion.
