Please note that for activation of Physical VIP Membership Card (sold at retail stores), our system will accept handphone numbers beginning with +60 (Malaysia) or +65 (Singapore).
If you’re an international visitor (non +60 or +65 mobile user) and need help activating your Physical VIP Membership Card, please contact our Customer Service Team.
User Guide for Activation Using +60 (Malaysia) Handphone Number:
- Activate your VIP card via our official website.
- Follow the on-screen instructions by entering the 10-digit Registration Code followed by your mobile number.
- Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile device via SMS.
- Please note that the option to re-send the SMS OTP request is available only after a 2-minute interval.
- If the OTP code is not received after two attempts, the system will prompt you to provide your email address as an alternative method.
- Complete the VIP Card activation by submitting your personal information and clicking “Submit.”
User Guide for Activation Using +65 (Singapore) Handphone Number:
- Activate your VIP card via our official website.
- Follow the on-screen instructions by entering the 10-digit Registration Code followed by your mobile number.
- Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email.
- Please check your spam or junk folder is you did not receive the OTP in inbox.
- If the OTP code is still not received, re-enter your email address to resend.
- Complete the VIP Card activation by submitting your personal information and clicking “Submit.”
If you are using eSIM, please take note of the following:
- Most roaming eSIM providers primarily only support data services. This means your eSIM is great for web browsing and using apps like WhatsApp or Telegram. However, it typically does not include voice or SMS services. This limitation may be due to the service restrictions imposed by the telco providers that supply the eSIM.
- If you need to receive SMS messages or make voice calls, we recommend checking with your eSIM provider for any available options or considering an alternative solution that offers comprehensive services, including SMS and voice.
