Terms of Use:
- To receive the voucher, members must download the VIP Concierge App and setup their personal digital VIP membership account. You can find this under “Just For You” within “My Wallet” in the App.
- This voucher is valid for use at The Pet Lovers Centre and The Pet Safari, within 6 months from the date of issuance.
- To use the welcome voucher, a minimum purchase of RM80 must be made on the featured brand products.
- This voucher cannot be used for any other brands.
- This voucher is valid for one time use at all Pet Lovers Centre & The Pet Safari outlets.
- This voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
- This voucher is not valid for promotional items and other loyalty points redemption vouchers.
- No loyalty points will be issued on the usage of the vouchers.
