How to place an order with Pet Pharmacy?

Customers are required to provide a valid vet prescription under the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia guidelines. Please note that our Pharmacist is unable to dispense medications without a valid vet prescription.  

Delivery Service Surcharge

A delivery charge will be incurred for every confirmed purchase. Our consultant will be contacting you on the delivery date and charges upon confirmation of the order. Please refer to the bottom page for the delivery service surcharge.

Mode of Payment

We accept prepayment (TT or Bank Transfer) during the confirmation of orders.  We do not accept cash or cheque payments on delivery to the customer.  We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.

Order Confirmation

Upon receipt of your delivery order, our consultant will contact you on the order confirmation. In cases where stocks become unavailable, PLC reserves the right to reject, and/or limit the quantities ordered. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from our consultant. 

Order Cancellation Policy

Should any of our goods be unavailable after confirmation and payment of the purchase we will refund the amount paid by the customer should he/she chooses to do so.  Alternatively, we will wait for stock availability before delivery should the customer be willing to wait.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All items sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Delivery Lead Time

Stock Status Delivery Lead Time (Only available in Malaysia)
AVAILABLE Stocks are available for immediate delivery within 3 to 5 working days upon receipt of payment.
IN STOCK Stocks are available at our pharmacy for delivery within 3 to 5 working days upon receipt of payment.
LOW STOCK We will check physical stocks availability before confirming your order.
SPECIAL ORDER Stocks are on Special Order. We will check our supplier's stock availability before confirming your order.
