Can I enjoy VIP membership privileges in-store by showing the Web account information only?

While membership privileges are exclusive to VIP members and are non-transferrable, VIP members have to present their physical & active VIP as a form of validation for the following privileges or functions;

  • Special Birthday Offers on regular-priced items and grooming services
  • Earn 1 Loyalty Point with every RM1 spent to redeem for Brand or Redemption Vouchers
  • Receive the latest news on pet-related promotions, products, events and complimentary gifts at pet events
