What are the Terms & Conditions of the Brand & PLC vouchers?

Voucher is valid for three (3) calendar months from the date of issue.
It will take approximately 2 working days to process redemption.
Redemption voucher is valid for specific products to purchase only.
Brand voucher is valid to purchase of products from its features brand only.
Voucher is valid for one-time use at all Pet Lovers Centre and The Pet Safari stores in Malaysia. Any unutilized value of the voucher will be forfeited.
Multiple vouchers can be used in a single transaction.
Both redemption and brand vouchers are not valid for online orders and in-store purchases requiring home delivery, purchase of pet tag, live animals, vet services, boarding services, grooming services and any other services.
Voucher is not refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
Any product return purchased with redemption voucher(s) can only be exchanged with another. product of similar or lower value.
Any product return purchased with the brand voucher(s) can only be exchanged with the same brand product of similar or lower value.
Amendments or re-issuance of new vouchers is subjected to a service fee in loyalty points, valued at 40% of the stipulated voucher value.
Each voucher is limited to one amendment or re-issuance only.
Management reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions governing the use of redemption vouchers without prior notice.
Please note our website does not support the use of e-vouchers for online purchases.
