I did not receive OTP to activate VIP Membership Card

Please note that for registering of VIP Membership Card, our system will only accept local phone number (+60). For card activation, please have your VIP membership card and your mobile device ready.

Step 1: Activate your VIP card through our website.

Step 2: Follow the on-screen instructions, enter your 10 digits Registration Code and your Mobile No.

Step 3: Enter the One-Time Pin (OTP) sent to your mobile phone via SMS.
Step 4: Complete the VIP membership card activation by filling in your personal particulars and click “submit”. 

A common cause for not receiving the OTP is some form of SMS blocker on your device/handset. Try inserting your SIM card into another handset.

If you still unable to receive the One-Time Pin (OTP), please do not hesitate to contact us.
