Loyalty Points will last for as long as the membership remain valid. An email/SMS reminder will be sent 1 month before the membership expires.
Any unused or balance Loyalty Points will be forfeited if the VIP membership has expired for more than three (3) months. Please refer to the VIP Membership Terms and Conditions.
If your VIP Membership card has expired, you may renew your membership card with your 10 digit registration numbers. Renew your Membership Card.
