Why my VIP card is invalid?

  • Please note that for registering of VIP Membership Card, our system will only accept local phone number (+60). This is because you have not activated your VIP card. You can do so here.
  • Please ensure to input only the 10 digits Registration code that appears on the top portion of the card.
  • If you’re an international visitor (non +60 mobile), please contact our support team for assistance.
